This is a recipe guide book for the restaurant Fresh Meat. This restaurant is a steakhouse located in New York. It has a rustic feel to the restaurant, with that in mind, I applied this style to the design of the menu and the recipe guide book. This booklet is a complete guide book to the menu of the restaurant. The centerfold features a guide to each cut of meat that comes from the cow.
